Project Overview
This was an impressive0 Surrey development project, with an aspect of extension and conversion and renovation all rolled into one project. The open plan family room is clever in design, sumptuous in delivery and simply stunning in aesthetics. Features include a luxurious fitted kitchen (complete with double oven, coffee machine and wine fridge) and a breakfast area (with cooking station), all overlooking a dining area which is large enough for an eight-seater table and chairs. There is also a separate lounging area (perfect for sofas and the wall mounted television. In all, this is a standout room which is modern and continental in style. Similarly, the three bath/shower rooms are just as impressive and luxurious. If you require less bedrooms, then simply change the furniture accordingly.
The large bi-fold kitchen doors overlook the raised patio and garden. The rear garden is accessible externally via the side. Overall this Surrey Construction project really delivered versatility and a modern design for the family.
